Security Training
K2 has been the training partner of the International Professional Security Association (Hong Kong) since 2003. Under this partnership, IPSA(HK) members who successfully complete K2's training courses will be considered as having met part of the criteria for relevant membership advancement under the Membership Structure of IPSA(HK).
As of February 2022, K2 merged its security training arm with the Hong Kong Institute of Security.
Security Management Courses
Certificate in Security Management
In order to attain K2's "Certificate in Security Management", participants must have successfully completed the following four K2 courses within 5 years:
The holder of a "Certificate in Security Management" is recognized as having met the "Qualification" criterion of the "Member" category of IPSA(HK).
Diploma in Security Management
In order to attain K2's "Diploma in Security Management" , participants must:
(a) Be the holder of K2's "Certificate in Security Management"; and
(b) Have successfully completed the following three K2 courses within 4 years:
The holder of a "Diploma in Security Management" is recognized as having met the "Qualification" criterion of the "Certified Member" category of IPSA(HK).
